Probably by now you should know I have an affection towards the sky. Whether it’s sunrise or sunset or just noon, like in this picture.
When I walk, I usually don’t walk with my eyes on the ground, but on the sky. Yes, that has caused me some accidents and stumblings but that has also made me aware of moments like this.
When the blue sky and sunlight shines in a perfect color that makes you feel like you’re in a fantasy, in a fable or in this case in a story by the Grimm Brothers. That’s how I felt.
And I know, I know, how creepy most of the stories of the Grimm Brotheres are, and maybe that’s not an ideal situation for most.
Nevertheless, I couldn’t stop feeling like I was in an enchanted or cursed forest from those fables as I walked through the Englischer Garten on a (weirdly) warm and sunny winter day.
