I’m Erika — a neurodivergent (AuDHD) artist, writer, and mental health advocate — and I’m SO happy you’re here.
After years of misdiagnoses and emotional chaos, I finally got diagnosed with AuDHD at 29. That moment was the beginning of everything shifting — not perfectly, but truthfully.
Now, I use art as my voice. I paint, write, draw, and create from the heart 🌈
